We take on projects at their inception: creating a design, obtaining planning permission and then delivering the full range of in house construction and interior furnishings.

Construction

If necessary, we source products from outside of Spain. In addition to quality products, we place particular importance on working closely with our clients to create a design that meets their distinctive needs. After almost two decades of trading on the Costa Del Sol our discounts with many suppliers in the area help us to keep costs down, which we pass directly onto our clients, saving you money.

Over the last 15 years we have renovated many terraces, large and small, bringing luxury from the inside to the outside. We specialise in a pebble mosaic style, which accompanied by modern light fixtures and made-to-measure doors, brings Andalusian elegance into the 21st century.

Not everyone wants all marble floors, which is why we have taken our expertise of fitting wooden floors in the UK to Spain. Marble floors require maintenance, if not, many issues can occur such as; salt penetration caused by the porous marble. Traditionally laid on a bed of sand, this releases condensation and escapes through the stone. Since our company began in Spain, we have fitted several wooden floors, of which Victorian Oak floors has been a favourite. Other materials we have used are porcelain tiles, grand format size stone to classic terracotta, with blue and white marble detail.

Interior Design

We can guide and help you to choose tiles, sanitary ware, light fixtures, soft furnishings, right down to your plates, cups or mantelpiece ideas.

To deliver the perfect finish, we work with high-end suppliers and designers such as Puya, Modulnova, Porcelanosa, Siematic, Bulthaup, Rimadesio, Tom Dixon and Mind the Gap.

It can be under-appreciated how essential the right bathroom and kitchen are to a comfortable home. Outside spaces that connect you to the beauty and warmth of the Mediterranean coast, are iconic to the Andalusian lifestyle.

We enjoy discovering the ways to draw out authentic creativity and flare in a property. We have produced various stencil designs, wallpaper combinations and classic wood panel entrance ways, to enhance that impact on arrival.

Architectural Plans and Installations

It’s not always easy to imagine a new layout or design, but our team provides the technical know-how to turn your ideas into a clear and workable plan. No matter how big or small, it is essential for any high quality design to have precise measurements, showing the space in correct proportions.
