El Llorenç Parc de la Mar is set in the heart of La Calatrava, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Palma, Mallorca.

Chef Santi Taura, who has been awarded a Michelin star and two Repsol suns, offers an experience inspired by the traditional cuisine of the islands at DINS Santi Taura.
Through its ORIGENS tasting menu, it takes every diner on a journey to the origins of the island, using seasonal ingredients, from the sea and the land, seafood from local waters, preparations and recipes that tell the history and roots of Mallorca, where they can be enjoyed in a unique setting.
A la carte restaurant located in a historic enclave, near the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca. Restaurant El Llorenç bases its proposal on local and seasonal pro- duce, but without renouncing other products that enrich it and make it unique.
A combination that combines local and national proposals, with some daily suggestions of seasonal products, prepared with local produce.
Design
The hotel interior is the work of Swedish designer Magnus Ehrland.
Tapping into the local history and Moorish influence on the island, Ehrland has incorporated- ted the use of geometric motifs throughout the design.
This rich aesthetic pays homage to the history of the neighborhood – where one can find the remnants of ancient Arab Baths and the architectural gem of La Almudaina- a former Muslim fortress, turned royal palace of the monarchs of the Kingdom of Mallorca.

Location
El Llorenç Parc de la Mar Stands in the ancient quarter known as la Calatrava, in the heart of Palma ́s historic center. This emblematic tradition gave rise to Major- ca ́s origins and customs. Highlights include the Arab baths, the Church of Santa Fe and the Church of Monti-Sion, and the Convent of Santa Clara, where the nuns of the Order have lived and prayed for more than 750 years.
