Creating our own magazine has been an idea for quite a while, after all, real estate magazines are not uncommon for the Marbella area, however they all follow the same pattern. ‘Here’s some people looking all glamorous’, when to us all that does is give a wrong impression of Marbella.

Marbella is more than glamour, it’s a very historic town that has become a magnet for wealth, with a lot of areas that aren’t so well known to tourists, so we try to give those areas some exposure as well as places that are well known, like the Marbella Club Hotel etc.

Real estate magazines rarely go into any sort of detail about the property market, the history of the area and how things have changed over time, so we decided to make our first edition slightly more about that at the start, before focusing on showing some of the amazing homes we have for sale.

Our second edition will also follow a similar pattern, there’s a lot of details about Marbella and the surrounding areas that people may not necessarily know, so we are also trying to educate foreigners on the quality of life and all it entails.

In our first edition, we showcase the history of Marbella, the amazing lifestyle on offer, hospitality recommendations and the gastronomic delights.

We’ll also take a look at the impact C19 has had on the property market before checking out some of our favourite properties of 2021.

So far, our magazine has had great response, so we are hoping for that to continue and we’d like you to have a look as well and we hope you enjoy it.
