Two extraordinary gastronomy concepts at the top of the luxury marina designed by Philippe Starck. The coast brings a piece of east, known as the award-winning Hamburg gastro and hotel experience, and the Sansibar Wine, one floor higher, a little Sylt flair to Spain. “A model among the ports for large ships” – this is how the project around the port of Port Adriano in the south-western part of the bay of Palma de Mallorca is called. Berths for ships up to 60 m in length were created. No less a person than the French star designer Philippe Starck is responsible for the architecture of the port facility. In addition to Asian and local dishes as well as grilled dishes, the kitchen also serves special sushi creations. Shared happiness is double happiness! Many dishes have been specially created to share in family style. The coast is on the lower floor of the project.

At coast by east, our kitchen crew Gustavo Martin Moreno will spoil you with unusual sushi rolls, colorful salads and delicious low-carb dishes as well as grill specialties from the Robata grill.

Our recommendation: Leave the decisions to the service staff, lean back and look forward to a fully laid table with the most delicious dishes on the menu. For a maximum taste experience, we are happy to serve you all dishes in family food style.

Your exclusive place under the sun

The 80m ² pool area “The Strand” offers perfect cooling for the very warm days under the Spanish sun and that right at the tip of the marina Luxury loungers for dreaming and relaxing.

For cool cocktails and refreshments from your own pool bar and for a little hunger in between, there are delicious snacks from the coast by east kitchen.

The area is currently only available for exclusive inquiries with daily flat rates of EUR 500.00.

Nightlife hotspot at Port Adriano

In addition to the coast by east and the Sansibar Wine, the uppereast Mallorca complements the gastronomic offer with an exclusive night club. The original uppereast was for a long time part of the entertainment offer of the east Hotel in Hamburg and for years was one of the hottest clubs on the Hamburg party scene.

In 2016, the club, including sound technology and an elaborate light installation, was moved to Mallorca, making the Port Adriano location an exclusive address for night owls and party-goers.

There is space for up to 250 people. The dance floor with around 32m2 is surrounded by a 10m long bar counter and around 45m2 of LED area, the highlight of the club. The LED wall can be visited individually and immerses the club in a special sphere with light effects and an infinite number of color variations.

The club location is ideal for private parties, birthdays, incentives, etc.

Sanisbar Wine – a piece of Sylt’s successful gastronomy also on Mallorca

With the Sansibar Wine in Mallorca you can enjoy some of the classics from the popular Sansibar Sylt. The restaurant is located at the top of the upper floor of Port Adriano, designed by Philippe Starck. On the menu you will find regional and typical dishes as well as the legendary dishes from Sylt’s Sansibar. On the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the marina and the sea.

The Sansibar Wine delights with a large selection of wines and cool drinks right at the Port Adriano. From there there is an unobstructed view of the Mallorcan sunset.

Look forward to delicious Spanish tapas, classics and snacks. The legendary Sylt currywurst should of course not be missing.
