The gastronomy of Fosh Catering is heavily influenced by michelin star chef Marc Fosh. We use only the highest quality local ingredients and supported by our team of more than 50 extremely qualified professionals. Our passion is to create a restaurant-quality experience anywhere you like. Always with a careful presentation and preparation at the last minute before it is served. Our menus are all handmade and start with a rigorous selection of the finest ingredients available. We are accustomed to working wherever our clients imagination takes us. In private homes, hard to reach caves and beaches, in the middle of the mountains, museums, & historical buildings.
We also have 8 exclusive venues to host events in Mallorca and Ibiza (Son Mir, Son Togores, Molí d’Events, Finca Morneta, Son Mesquida Nou, the CCA Andratx museum, Can Quince, and Can Lluc)
We are accustomed to working with event coordinators to integrate all of the smallest details to make your event a success. In the case you need to contract additional services such as photographers, decoration and audio visual materials, We work together with preferred suppliers to create a unique and unforgettable event.

Our menus as are the menus from the restaurant Marc Fosh are based on a simple philosophy: food tastes best when it’s made from local, seasonal ingredients, some of them grown on our farm.
Roots in Sustainability
At Fosh Catering, we recognize that the choices we make and how we do business affect the future. At every turn, we seek the most sustainable solution, from composting some of our kitchen waste to using every part of our ingredients, sustainability has always been at the core of who we are.
Green is not just the color of the artichokes of our kitchen, it’s central to our philosophy of being a responsible and sustainable community member. Our new big challenge is achieving “Zero Waste” in our kitchen.
Only when you understand and respect the essence of an ingredient can you properly come to enhance its flavor through cooking. Guided by nature, our kitchen will reflect the seasons. Thinking globally and sourcing locally is not just politically correct; it’s also personally rewarding for the farmer, the chef, and the diner. Everybody wins.
Our farm is set in the beautiful location of Finca Son Mir, where the rhythms of the seasons are at their most apparent. Our Mediterranean, culinary garden, surrounded by red earth and olive trees, grows unique, seasonally appropriate crops using organic and sustainable techniques. While it is still in the early development stages early days, we hope that very soon our garden will be supplying many of the herbs and vegetables that you’ll find on your plate at Marc Fosh restaurant and Fosh Catering.

Giving back to the community that has helped make us a thriving business is a source of pride for Fosh Catering Kitchen.
We are also proud to have the opportunity to work with several non-profit organizations. Every year we collaborate and host various Charity galas dinners in to support some wonderful local charities.
We only use top quality, fresh ingredients to prepare our dishes and we do this on location so that the freshly cooked food is served at the tables as soon as possible. We firmly believe that top quality products and excellent service are the keys to a successful catering event.
Therefore, we train our team of waiters and chefs so they can offer the best service at your event. We work with young, dynamic, well-mannered, and motivated staff, who only have your best interests at heart. They have the experience of having provided numerous caterings for weddings and events and will always serve you with a smile, like the true professionals they are.
Another aspect, just as important as the food and service, is the preparation and decoration for the event celebration. We work with top florists and suppliers of chairs, decor, and table linen so that you will always have a wide range to choose from, both regarding style as well as colors. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for something classical or modern, we are sure you will find what you like. You will also have a person working with you from the time of your booking until the week after your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
